IP protection is very important in HSMT. We not only protect our IP but also protect the IP of our business of partner and customers'. We use codes instead of chemical names in our company to reduce the risk of leaking IP.

1. Only very key employees know the technology and it is very seldom that one employee knows the whole parts of one technology.

2. There are NDA clause in the contracts signed with our employees.

3. When our customers let us use their IP or recipe, we also sign NDA to guarantee we will not disclose it.
